In order to accommodate as many typers as possible, please complete and submit the Typer Hangout Survey to let us know your preferences for when to hold the Hangouts. Your input will be invaluable to help us make this the best event possible.
Attend an Event or Schedule Private Meeting
The only way to fully understand and appreciate how supported typing allows nonverbal autistic individuals to communicate like never before is to see this activity in person. Then you will able to judge for yourself whether this process is appropriate at this time and how it might fit into your family.
We invite you and urge you to see for yourself how typing can positively impact the life of someone with autism by attending one of our monthly Celebration of Communication events or by arranging for a private meeting with a typer who can demonstrate his or her ability and answer your questions about the process and its affect.
